I found Arcade Shmarcade on Etsy, and the company had some solid reviews so I went to their website. I had been shopping for a bar top Arcade for about a month, so I’d already messaged several companies. Shmarcade’s customer service was by far better than everyone else’s I had dealt with. From the first question I asked “Can you build a custom Galaga themed bar top”? Randy was super-fast at getting back with me. We worked together to get what I wanted, and I sent a lot of emails his way. I don’t think I waited more than an hour to ever hear back from him. I went with a classic “Galaga” cab, with additional graphics, and altered colors. The end result is the bar top arcade of my Nerd Dreams! I couldn’t be happier with my arcade. The price is better than anything I saw online and this thing is beyond sturdy. The graphics are printed on to the arcade and seem like they will never diminish. This is a playable work of art. I had some shipping issues with Fedex and Randy of Shmarcade was really easy to work with. We resolved the issue immediately to my complete satisfaction. I love being able to get my arcade fix anytime and instantly. This thing is guaranteed to be a hit whenever anyone else is around. I would highly recommend Shmarcade.

My husband LOVED this arcade!!! I gave it to him as a wedding present and it almost made him late for the wedding! Him and his groomsmen had so much fun playing all the games!!! Absolutely incredible! My inner 12 year old is freaking out, over how amazing this arcade machine is! For clarity, I fell in love with the iconic red Neo Geo cabinets back in the late 90's. Some of my fondest childhood memories revolve around those games. Owning one of those original cabinets, has been a dream of mine for quite some time now. Randy's work has exceeded my expectations...
The build quality of these cabinets are superb all around. Everything is excellent from the wood, siding, buttons, sticks, sound, and monitor. The electronics are well secured inside the back, with a magnet locking board to keep everything safe. And there are enough arcade games built in to keep you busy for years.
